Spray paint deodorant, primer on his porridge and a drop-sheet hero-cape, this part-time crime fighter is highly
addicted to quality pigments, often very high on poska and can be found loitering around "wet paint" signs in
search of a free hit. If this guy turns up to save the day, just hope that you not wearing a nice shirt.
